I calculate my prices in €

I normally charge €6 for shipping, unless you live in a country where it's more expensive. Everything is shipped with tracking, and the cheapest method possible.

I only take Paypal, but I have a direct pay-me site I will send you. I'm sorry but I am a casual hobby based one woman show here, and I am not going to pay for e-commerce solutions. I do have a Iban number, but I reserve the right to not ship until I see the money in my account (usually 3 to 5 bank days).

Returns:

If you want to return your item, email me for an address through the contact form to your right.  

I will not refund the shipping cost, only the price of the actual item.

If you made a commission, the refund policy is the same, but I would want the item back, and shipping is paid by you. 

Commissions:

Contact me. I am usually not a fan of doing commissions, but sometimes I am presented with something that sounds super fun - and so yeah, shoot me a sales pitch. 

As default I will send you a suggestion of yarn cost, which of course will vary from project to project... is the project large, is it small - do you want specific yarn, or do you just want it made cheap.

I will ask for the money for the yarn up front, but if the yarn is on sale I will of course pay for it out of pocket, while waiting for your payment to go through. The yarn cost is for the the yarn itself, and the shipping from the shop to my house. (yeah no big yarn shops here in Copenhagen, only small specialist - and very expensive ones). 

It might take me a long time to make large projects, because I do have a life, and my wrists hate me.

When the project is finished I will contact you, and give you a price for shipping (as I said for a shawl or something smaller it's roughly €6). I need your email, address, name and phone number for safe shipping.

If I do not receive payment for the yarn, and I bought it (yes that happened), I hold every right to the project, and will sell it as is. And also if I do not receive the full amount I will not be shipping it until that is paid.

I am not CVR registered, but I can make you an invoice if you need it.
